Widam Food discloses that the Grievances  Committee at Qatar Financial Authority in the Appeal No (17) of 2023 for contravening Article (7) of the corporate governance code principals has rejected the Company’s Appeal and confirmed the Accountability Committee  decision to impose a penalty of QAR fifty thousand Qatari Riyals only and cost.
