Widam today plays a major role in securing top-quality meat supplies from around the world through its multi-layered supply-chain planning, global investments in agriculture, support for local production, and strategic international partnerships.
Mr. Mohammad Badr Al Sada currently serves as the Chairman of the board of directors.
Al-Sadah joined Hassad Food as Chief Executive Officer back in June 2017.
He holds an Engineering degree from the University of Arizona, USA. He has a wide experience in different fields, acquired from working across various sectors, like Oil and Gas, Investments and Telecom.
Moreover, Al-Sadah currently holds a number of other senior positions including Chairman of Widam food, Vice Chairman of Baladna, Vice Chairman for the Arab Qatari Company for Poultry Production (AlWaha), Board Member in Qatar Development Bank (QDB), Board Member in the Arab Co. Livestock development (ACOLID), and Vice Chairman of International Seafood Company (Oman).
Previously, Al-Sadah led several central functions in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development, at Vodafone Qatar.
Furthermore, Al-Sadah held other senior posts in the period he worked for Qatar Investment Authority. He started his career as an engineer for one of Qatar’s top Gas companies, during that time he spent two years in Japan, in which, he took part in Dolphin Energy’s project development.

currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Widam. He has also served as the President and CEO of the Qatar Islamic Insurance Group since 2012. Prior to that, he worked at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs as the Chief of Administration and Financial Affairs, as well as the Director of Procurement in the Qatar Armed Forces from 1987-2012.

Dr. Masoud Jaralla Al-Marri currently serves as a member on the board of directors. He received his B.Sc. in Chemistry in 1990 – 1995 from University of Qatar and M.Sc. . in Environmental Engineering Sciences in 1999 – 2001 from University of Florida, USA and Ph.D. in Agricultural & Environmental Sciences in 2016 -2021 from the University of Sousse, Tunisia.
Mr. Masoud Al-Marri is currently an Executive Secretary, Food Security Committee Director at the Food Security Department and Ministry of Municipality & Environment in Qatar.

He has extensive experience in businees, investment and commerce, where he held many prominent Board Memberships .

He is a results-driven and passionate leader with a career that spans logistics, supply chain, and general management roles for nearly 20 years in Qatar, strategically leading all aspects of business management.
Previously, Al Noubay worked as General Manager for Hassad Qatar, in which he advanced through a series of fast-tracked promotions due to his significant leadership in Logistics & Supply Chain. Al Noubay began his career as a Logistics Specialist with Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO) in 2002.
Al Noubay earned a Bachelor of Arts in logistics and Supply Chain Management, graduating with honors from Northumbria University in 2011. He also leverages a Master of Business Administration, earned in 2016 from Newcastle Business School in the UK.”
Mr. Hesham Mostafa El-Saharty currently serves as a member on the board of directors. Additionally, he has served as the CEO of SAK Holding Group Qatar since 2012, and is also a board member of the Qatar International Islamic Bank.
