Widam Food Company: Disclosure of Investment and Commerce Court Judgment in Case No. (2025/10265)

Widam Food Company(Q.P.S.C.) announced the judgment issued by the Investment and Commerce Court –Court of First Instance in Case No. 2025/10265, filed against an(international) client. The court ruled that the client, jointly with thecompany owner, shall pay Widam Food Company an amount of QAR 8,070,985.30(Eight million, seventy thousand, nine hundred eighty-five Qatari Riyals andthirty dirhams) representing the outstanding debt due to Widam Food Company, inaddition to QAR 800,000 (Eight hundred thousand Qatari Riyals) as compensation.The court also ordered the defendant to bear the legal expenses.
