In a related context, the CEO of the company said that the volume of sales of the sacrifice initiative, subsidized by prices, exceeded 1,000 sheep during the past two days, in reference to the increasing demand witnessed by the company’s slaughterhouses dedicated to this initiative by citizens, noting that the Ministry of Economy and Trade agreed with the company to: Importing approximately 12,500 heads of live sheep of Arab origin, which are in high demand by citizens, especially during the blessed Eid al-Adha, to be sold at subsidized and reduced prices to citizens through direct sales through separate coupons through Widam’s slaughterhouses, at a number of ( 1) A head of sheep for each citizen, provided that the original ID card is presented, at a price of 1100 riyals for a Syrian sheep.
